01 / Contact support
Sukto is provided by Miguel Zabala Figueroa, based in Colombia. Contact us at the support address below for problems, feedback or accessibility questions. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Sukto version and a short description of what happened.
A screenshot can help, but please remove unrelated personal information first. Do not send passwords or full payment details. Support does not require a Sukto account.
02 / A rectangle is rejected
Check that the region is a rectangle, has exactly one clue and contains the number of cells shown by that clue. Its area includes the numbered cell. Confirmed regions cannot overlap.
Tap any occupied cell to remove its rectangle. A legal move can still leave the rest of the board unsolvable under that placement, so an earlier choice may need revision.
03 / Progress, reset and devices
Games and statistics are local to each device. Sukto does not currently synchronize puzzle progress between iPhone and iPad. Resume your unfinished game on the device where you started it.
To erase local gameplay, open Settings → Start fresh → Reset my data and confirm. This removes games, records, progress and preferences. Images already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere remain in those destinations. There is no Sukto account to delete.
04 / Saving a result to Photos
Use Save to Photos from a completed ordinary game’s sharing controls and grant add-only access when prompted. If you denied permission, review Sukto’s photo permission in system settings and try again.
The app does not need permission to read your existing photos. You may instead use the system share sheet and choose another destination.
05 / Pro, restoration and refunds
Pro purchasing is not yet enabled in the current app implementation. The offer is a preview and does not charge you or unlock a verified purchase. Production restoration is also pending.
If you believe you were charged, check the purchase name and developer in your Apple purchase history, then contact support with a transaction reference if necessary. Refund requests for App Store transactions are handled by Apple.
06 / Appearance, language and accessibility
Sukto offers system, light and dark appearance, with separate sound and haptic settings. Its interface supports English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese through the system’s language settings.
If a control is hard to read, reach or understand, please tell us the screen, device and accessibility settings involved. You can report a problem without including gameplay records.
