01 / About these terms
Miucan Games is the studio name used by Miguel Zabala Figueroa, based in Colombia. These terms cover this website and our Sukto game. The privacy policy explains personal data separately.
By using our services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement in your location, ask a parent or guardian to review them. No provision removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you do not agree, stop using the services. You can stop playing and uninstall Sukto at any time. This does not remove rights or obligations arising before you stop, and uninstalling does not itself request a refund.
02 / Playing Sukto
Sukto provides Shikaku-inspired puzzles for personal entertainment on compatible iPhone and iPad devices. Core play does not require an account. Normal puzzles have no time or move limit; optional Challenges explain their own conditions.
Use the app lawfully. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, misuse our support services or interfere with the operation of our website. These restrictions do not limit uses expressly permitted by law.
Unfinished games, records and preferences are stored locally. Gameplay synchronization between devices is not currently provided. Resetting data or removing the app may remove local progress. A result image is not a backup of a playable session.
03 / Purchases and Pro
Purchasing Sukto Pro is not enabled in the current app implementation. Any displayed Pro offer is a preview and does not create a charge, subscription or verified purchase. There is no working production restoration flow yet.
The planned Pro product is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. The actual product, localized price, available benefits and restoration controls must be shown before purchases become available. We will update these terms for that release.
04 / License and intellectual property
Our original code, artwork, branding and editorial content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not claim ownership of the general Shikaku puzzle rules or third-party trademarks. Third-party software retains its own license.
For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different valid EULA is supplied with the app. These website terms supplement information about our services; they do not replace that license or reduce statutory rights.
You may share the result images created by Sukto for personal, non-commercial use, including on social media. This does not transfer ownership of the app or authorize distributing its source code or extracted assets.
05 / Updates, availability and responsibility
Features, supported operating systems and availability may change as the app develops. We aim to keep the description accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted website access, compatibility with every future device or a fixed release date for unannounced projects.
Please keep your device secure and install supported updates. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Any material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date and, where required, further notice. Mandatory local consumer protections remain applicable; no exclusive court or foreign-law waiver is imposed here.
Colombian law governs these supplementary service terms, subject to the Apple license applicable to App Store downloads and any mandatory protections in your country of residence. You may contact us to seek a resolution without losing your right to approach competent courts or consumer authorities.
